RULE BOOK AMENDMENT

SECTION 7 STREET STOCK DIVISION

7.7.1 Clutch, Bell Housing, Transmission, and Drive Shaft

Paragraph 1 is amended to read as follows:

Only unaltered OEM automatic transmissions are permitted. Manual transmissions are prohibited. The minimum weight of the torque converter & fluid, and flex plate is 40 lb. No allowance is made for fluid loss. Transmission must have an approved scatter‑shield or blanket. Scatter‑shield may be constructed of 3/16-inch by three‑inch steel; 270‑degrees around flex plate.
